Join us via Zoom this Thursday 13th August at 7.30pm for a session we have put together for you. During this time we are all experiencing it is important we reach out and offer each other support. Each of us are having our challenges balancing our time and responsibilities whilst being mindful of the environment we’re in. If you’re like most people, you are spending most of your time thinking about how to take care of others so we wanted to do something for you and give you some time to put the focus back on yourself so you can learn a better way to respond and react at this time.
Please join us on Thursday to hear from Clare Cope. Clare is an expert in how people think and how their patterns of thinking can create loops of unresourceful attitudes, feelings and actions that we sometimes find challenging to break free from. In this session you’ll learn:
- What causes you to go from being in control to out of control without realising how you got there

- A simple technique for how you can break your cycle of thinking to gain control back
