Celebrating Mental Health Day 2020

As the days get warmer and the virus restrictions are slowly easing, I hope you are smiling more and feeling a little less stressed.

With World Mental Health Day coming up on the 10th of October, we’ve decided to focus on what matters the most – your wellbeing. During the COVID-19 pandemic, many people were affected and many businesses have suffered. Looking after mental health has never been more important than now.

With this in mind, we’ve been working hard to bring you the second edition of Leaders’ Beat and share articles that will support you, enhance your wellness and make your life easier.

In this second edition, you will find a range of inspirational personal stories, practical updates and wellbeing tools for yourself and your services. We are delighted to bring to you the shared knowledge from renowned EC experts including Kelly Goodsir, Alina Dan, Steve Hineman as well as Australian Childcare Alliance , Childcare Centre Desktop and Clare Cope.

Take a moment for yourself. Get a cup of your favourite tea or coffee, flick through this edition and be inspired. bit.ly/LeadersMagazine2
