Reflecting and Saying Goodbye to 2021

Well, here we are at the end of 2021! Coming into this year we all hoped that we were leaving the uncertainty of 2020 behind; unfortunately, it didn’t quite end up that way. However, once again we witnessed the sheer resilience and grit of everyone across the early childhood education space.

Our children adapted remarkably well to changing circumstances with the support of dependable educators, who made them feel safe and nurtured. Parents and families were understanding, communicative and transparent, working with our educators to ensure children and early learning services could operate safely for all. The teamwork got us all through and together we made the very best of 2021.

Our educators, here at Bonkers Beat, continued to provide the children in their care with a rich and engaging early childhood education experience. Further to this, the Bonkers Beat team kept the Music Kinder at Home Facebook group thriving. They continued with regular posts of music and craft ideas, stories, yoga inspiration and offerings of support to families with children from birth right through to 8 years old.

We saw so many wonderful educators and families commit themselves to contributing to early learning and the children’s wellbeing, especially during the challenging lockdown times. Everyone who played a role in keeping children engaged in learning, smiling and having fun should give themselves an enormous hug!

It’s hard to believe we are now heading into Christmas and the year 2022. While we can never really know what a year might have in store for us, we do know one thing – we must stay united because together we can achieve anything!

We look forward to continuing to share love and support with you all and appreciate the relationships and connections we all share more than ever.

Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas, summer break and a smiling start to a bright New Year. We can’t wait to see you all and continue working together to lay a strong and loving foundation for every child’s future.

Stay safe and enjoy this special time with your loved ones.
